- Assists Senior Director for Operations in daily operational functions.
- Manage reception area with basic knowledge of the varying functions in the office which includes submitting work order requests and/or directing to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain office protocol by creating a welcoming atmosphere, answering phones, opening/sorting mail, and reviewing correspondence.
- Provide general support services which includes proof-reading, ordering supplies, processing forms and check requests, and greeting guests.
- Perform monthly credit card reconciliation, daily invoice processing, check requests, purchase orders, and basic accounting assistance.
- Serve as a liaison between students and student accident insurance company.
- Assists with the management of off-campus tenant housing.
- Process student organization fundraising requests.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.

- Ability to work professionally and courteously with the public, faculty, staff, and students
- Exceptional administrative skills
- College degree preferred with related business clerical experience
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Well-developed organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and detail-oriented data entry skills
- Basic accounting skills
